Carl Randall

Mr. Randall, successful corporate executive, start-up entrepreneur, and nutrition visionary, is currently Chairman, Randall Partners LLC. Randall Partners, headquartered in Brentwood CA, is a venture planning and development company with a focus in the nutraceuticals marketplace.

Mr. Randall was the former President of Saga Corporation, a $1.3 billion NYSE consumer service company with 55,000 employees, over 1000 restaurant and contract food service locations, and a strong focus in the dietary management of hospitals and health related facilities prior to its acquisition by Marriott. Mr. Randall co-founded Culinary Brands, Inc. a new generation prepared foods company that partnered with Nestle to develop innovative new entrees for the retail and foodservice markets. Mr. Randall is the Founder of MenuDirect Corporation, a company organized to develop special diets for people with dysphagia, gluten intolerance, and certain chronic conditions including diabetes. In addition he has held key marketing positions with Cudahy Foods Company and Corning as well as a corporate growth consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Mr. Randall is also Founder and First Chairman of the Chilled Foods Association, an international group representing new generation food technologies. Mr. Randall has an MBA in Marketing from Wharton and an undergraduate degree from Antioch College.

Jason Schwetz

Mr. Schwetz is the founder of JDS Realty, a real estate development and syndication boutique. Mr. Schwetz has, for over 16 years, developed, managed, acquired, disposed, financed and leased retail shopping centers. Prior to JDS Realty, Mr. Schwetz was a Managing Director of Leasing and Acquisitions for a large LA-based Syndicate where he supervised the leasing of 2.2M sq. ft. of retail space and acquired and financed of over $100 million worth of shopping centers. Mr. Schwetz has also completed the acquisition and entitlement of over 70 acres of land. JDS Realty currently owns, manages and/or leases over $25,000,000 worth of commercial real estate. Mr. Schwetz earned his B.S. in Business from Radford University.

Sean W. Brophy

Mr. Brophy is the founding Principal of Labrador Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on middle market buyout transactions. Prior to founding Labrador Capital, Mr. Brophy was a Principal and member of the General Partner of Celerity Partners, Inc. a $150 million private equity firm. At Celerity, Mr. Brophy focused primarily on middle market buyout transactions and consolidations. Mr. Brophy began his career at W.E. Myers & Company, a merchant-banking firm, where he specialized in buy-side acquisition advisory services for private equity funds and corporate clients. Mr. Brophy was a director of Starcom Holdings, Inc., Constar International, Inc., Dynamic Details, Inc. and Imperial Technologies, Inc. Mr. Brophy received an MBA from Pepperdine University and a B.S. from the University of Utah.

Alan Hanson

Alan Hanson is Director, Corporate Business Development at BearingPoint, Inc. (NYSE: “BE”), a $3.2 billion technology services firm, where his responsibilities include M&A, divestitures, and client-related investments. Prior to joining BearingPoint, Mr.Hanson was a vice president at TSG Capital, a Stamford, Connecticut venture and private equity capital firm, where he helped raise a $512 million fund investing in Communications, Retailing and Industrial Product companies. His prior Wall Street experience includes positions at Bankers Trust Company, Alliance Capital Management and Commodity Exchange,Inc. in New York. He has engaged in more than 25 principal transactions in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Before moving to Wall Street, Mr. Hanson was an entrepreneur and later a senior editor with Institutional Investor. Mr. Hanson has a BS in Money & Banking from Adelphi University and an MBA in Finance from The Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University (NYU).
