DigitalGlobe Raises over $279M in its IPO & Commemorates First Day of Trading on NYSE May 14, 2009 NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DigitalGlobe, a leading earth imaging and information company based in Longmont, Colo., today opened for trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “DGI” after its successful initial public offering in which it raised $279.3 million in gross proceeds.
