DigitalGlobe Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Longmont, Colo., April 14, 2008 - DigitalGlobe, Inc. announced today that the company has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and Lehman Brothers Inc. will serve as joint book-running managers for the offering.
